@juliusgoat.bsky.social If you say “the electorate is immoral and incomprehensible,” you’re talking about yourself too. Unless you’re a foreign national, you are the electorate. In a democracy the voters aren’t some alien species to diagnose from a lab. They’re us, messy and flawed, including the person complaining.
